Bland has launched a public demo of Blandie, its new tool that can create branded voice and SMS agents for businesses based on their website.

Users get a verified chat with that business’s name and logo, connected to an agent that can handle bookings and payments.

Messages are sent by a verified sender with the company’s name and logo, as RCS on Android and iMessage on iPhone.

Answers are based on the content from the provided website, where the agent is also capable of responding with website screenshots and images.

The agent can remember if a customer has already called the business’s @usebland phone number and refer to it in the text chat.
